The United States Government demand that Iron Man, Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), hands over the powerful weapon that is the Iron Man suit piece which he invented in the original Iron Man. Obviously he refuses so the Government attempts to replicate the suit with the help of Stark's rival, Justin Hammer (Sam Rockwell).
